【摘 要】：价值涉及对不同事物的价值估价，中国文化中的“德”与“福”之间就存在一定的对价关系。德福平衡的思想在中国文化中有悠久的历史，《国语·晋语》明确提出这一思想。“德”和“福”的内容在中国文化思想史上是不断拓展的，“德”是“福”的基础，“德”平衡着“福”，构成了“福”不断增长的基础和动力。在诸多美德中，节俭是具有道德完备性的美德，而过于追求福的享受不具有善的完备性。公正不仅存在于福利多样性之间，还存在于福利和功德之间。当人关注心灵的无限性自身的时候，也就是中国传统文化所说的觉悟的时候。对福利的渴望减弱了，福利的不平等的动机因素也减弱了，这一点是中国文化传统避免社会不公带来社会动荡的重要的经验。

【摘 要】：分配公正是人类社会永恒的价值追求，也是实践发展的长久困惑。改革开放和市场经济建设促进了中国经济的突飞猛进，但也助推了分配公正的现实困境，让创造财富的人民群众公正地共享发展成果，成为当务之急。“社会基本善”的分配公正以正义的社会制度、正义环境和正义原则为基础。化解当代中国的分配格局失衡、实现分配公正，需要秉持“公平的机会平等原则”以保障公民政治权利平等，需要秉持“有差别的对待原则”以合理、有差别地对待，同时还要进行积极有效的政府干预。

【摘 要】：现代性发展带来了全球性的环境问题。面对全球性的环境问题，发达国家或地区的人们认为环境问题主要是由于发展中国家或地区急剧膨胀的人口所导致的，这些国家或地区对环境问题负有不可推卸的主要责任；与此相对，发展中国家或地区的人们认为环境问题在根本上源于主要由发达国家或地区设置的不平等社会制度或结构。然而，归责并不能解决问题，面对全球性的环境问题，提出解决问题的实际方案才是第一要务。我们有理由相信，当我们把人类整体的繁荣昌盛作为思考问题的起点时，一种能力方法理论可以为我们提供一种新的突破口。

【摘 要】：经济不平等问题，实际上就是经济正义问题。经济世界是人类从事经济活动而产生的世界，是一个与人类经验世界密切相关的世界。人类在经验世界内的一切活动，都是人受到情感推动的结果，离开了人类情感，就不会有人类活动。然而，人类在经验世界内的情感必然具有功利性特征，人类情感的功利性特征决定了人类经济活动中必然产生经济不平等现象。要从根本上消除经济不平等，不能寄希望于在现实经验世界实现人人平等的大同世界，而需要人类向内调整情感方向，通过发掘情感自身具有的超经验和超功利元素，并从中感受到超功利快乐，这是人类获取经济正义的情感之路。
